The MATRIX Digital Inductive Loop Detector is the ideal solution for parking barrier control, motorized gates, and various vehicle access control systems.The MATRIX series is a high-performance single-channel or dual-channel vehicle detector housed in a compact enclosure; it comes with a standard 11-pin circular connector for its interface and supports two power supply options: 12V or 24V.Six versions are currently available, covering single-channel/dual-channel options and three power supply configurations:

• MATRIX-S1-12: Single-loop detector, compatible with 12.0~24.0V DC power supply
• MATRIX-S1-24: Single-loop detector, compatible with 220.0~240.0V AC power supply
• MATRIX-D1-12-10: Single-loop detector, compatible with 12.0~24.0V DC power supply
• MATRIX-D1-22-20: Single-loop detector, compatible with 220.0~240.0V AC power supply
• MATRIX-D2-12-20: Dual-loop detector, compatible with 12.0~24.0V DC power supply
• MATRIX-D2-22-20: Dual-loop detector, compatible with 220.0~240.0V AC power supply

A. CABLE SPECIFICATIONS FOR LOOP AND FEEDER

• 1.5mm2 cross section area

• Multi-strand cable

• Insulation material : PVC or Silicone

• For the feeder cable, the wire must be twisted at least 15 times by meter

• Feeder for long runs used for foil screened cable is recommended (earth at equipment end only)

• The feeder cable must be firmly fixed to avoid any false detection (max length : 100 m)

• Waterproof cable junction box is required

B. LOOP GEOMETRY

• With two adjacent loops connected to a dual channel sensor, it is possible for

these loops to share a common slot, if so required.

As the channels are multiplexed, no interference will occur

• Avoid large loops or long feeder (max 100 m), the sensitivity will be affected
